At Hartsock Huskies, we are committed to providing healthy, happy Siberian Husky and Pomsky puppies. Due to the nature of our business and the care involved in raising each puppy, we have established the following refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness for all parties.

Deposits

All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable.
A deposit secures your selected puppy and removes them from availability.
This policy ensures serious inquiries and protects the time and care invested in each puppy.

Final Payments

Once full payment has been made, it is generally non-refundable.
However, we are committed to working with you in special circumstances when possible.

Health-Related Exceptions

Your puppy’s health is our top priority.

If a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy has a serious health issue prior to delivery, you may be eligible for:
- A replacement puppy, or
- A partial or full refund (case-dependent)
Any health concerns must be documented by a certified veterinarian.

After Pickup or Delivery

Once a puppy has been picked up or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
We strongly encourage all buyers to ensure they are fully prepared before bringing a puppy home.

Cancellations

If a buyer decides to cancel after placing a deposit, the deposit will not be refunded.
In some cases, deposits may be transferred to a future litter at our discretion.

Our Responsibility

We guarantee that:

All puppies are represented honestly
Puppies are healthy at the time of departure
Proper care and documentation are provided

Buyer Responsibility

By purchasing a puppy, you agree that:

You have researched the breed and understand its needs
You are prepared for the financial and time commitment
You will provide a safe and loving home
